Shipping & returns
Masks cannot be returned for health and hygiene protection reasons. Only in the case where the delivered product does not correspond to the order, the order can be returned as long as the product remains in its sealed packaging.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the products* received in your order, in accordance with EU law, you will have a period of 14 calendar days to return all or part of the order.
*The product must be unused and must include all its labels, packaging, documentation and original accessories with which it has been delivered. In the event that the product has suffered any damage or change in its condition, the user accepts that Funky Filters may depreciate the amount or refuse to return the product. Masks are not considered within the definition of product in response to the deadline for returns.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs in case of a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Funky Filters is not responsible for the courier company hired by the user for the return. Therefore, Funky Filters advises the user to ask for a proof of delivery from the transport company to confirm that the shipment has been made properly.
Once the order is received at Funky Filters, reviewed and verified that it is in the above mentioned conditions, the amount paid for the returned products will be refunded.
The time limit for the refund depends on the method of payment used by the user.
No refund will be made for the cost of sending the purchase price, except in exceptional cases.
